 Directions: In this story, the crayons are upset and write persuasive letters to the little boy who uses them. They all want something. Some want to be used more. Some want to stay inside the lines. Each crayon writes a persuasive letter trying to change how they are used.
Today, you will get with a partner and share the responsibility of reading one crayon's letter to the class. And don't just read the letter - BECOME THE CRAYON! This is public speaking. Today we will focus on just two things: 1. Volume! 2. Voice clarity  We've worked towards earning our Digital Passports - now it's time to see what we've learned. Who will be the grand champions?
